At Vaché Skincare, your satisfaction is important to us, but due to the nature of skincare products and hygiene standards, returns are only accepted under specific conditions.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. To request a return, contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return.

Items must be in original packaging and in resellable condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund — no restocking fee applies in these cases.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund (minus any applicable fees) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations as your order may already be in processing.
