Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your address before placing an order. Vaché Skincare is not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
